Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can as long as long as the embroidery process has not been started. After receiving your order if you still wish to cancel call us for return instructions. Deposits are non-refundable.

How long is production time? A typical order takes 5-7 business days from deposit payment and completed order details. This does not include time to ship.

How long will it take to receive my order? The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days or overnight for an additional fee. Delivery arrangements will be made for local customers.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box? No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.

Can I ship my order to a different address? Yes! When you place your order include the address you want to ship your merchandise to. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

How are shipping charges calculated? Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination. Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). Larger items are generally shipped via common carrier, and require higher shipping rates. Select products offer an express shipping option. In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an additional fee.

Is there a charge for digitizing? We DO NOT charge if your design only uses our stock fonts, All other design incur a one-time setup fee for digitization on new designs.

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take? We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want? If, within 2 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase due to quality issues, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges and setup fees.

How is art accepted? Email your design to info@connectastitch.com, fax it to (800)880-9943 or bring it in to show us.

Are rush services available? Yes, for an additional charge.

What are the minimums? We have no minimums!

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept credit cards, Paypal and cash. Sorry, no personal checks.

What if I do not see my type of project on your website? We do all kinds of special orders such as business cards/postcards, stoles, hankerchiefs and dance streamers. Just call us at (800)880-9943 to describe your project.
