The Embroidery process consists of two steps:
-
The creation of your design into a format readable by the embroidery machine. This first step, called digitization, is a one-time process. It takes in your artwork or design, and then converts it into a file of stitches, which can be read by an embroidery machine.
-
Using digitized file to embroider (or stitch) the design onto your choice of items.
Pricing of the embroidery stitching process is based on the number of stitches in the embroidery. Simple logos consisting of non-stylized lettering only may not require digitization. Pricing for screenprint, on the other hand, is based upon the color of the garment and number of colors in the design. Just give us a call for pricing at (800)880-9943.
If you are considering our services, we provide free price quotes. Here's how it works:
Fax or email the graphic you would have embroidered or screen-printed. If you have a concept only, provide as much detail as possible.
Indicate the location(s) where the design will be placed, for example on the chest or sleeve of a polo shirt, on the front of a ball cap, etc.
Include whether you will provide garments, or if you would like us to provide garments (please provide specifics if you want us to provide the garment). Provide a reply email, phone/fax number or mailing address.
We will respond with a price quote normally within 24 hours. If the quote is satisfactory we require a 50% deposit prior to starting your order.
